The Music Team Mtg. was called to ordered at 8:15pm on 9/9/21.

The meeting was pretty much to continue the discussion of the items discussed at the Special Board Mtg. call before this meeting. The items of discussion included dates of returning to live rehearsals. We also discussed the purchase of Singers Masks. Bob Karlin let everyone know the status and delivery of the masks. He will have details in his board report.

It was decided that we would return to live performances on 10/4/21. By then, we should have the masks for everyone. The team also discussed the rehearsal hall set up, and the fact that we will not be accepting guests for a while. We will also require proof of vaccines from members. All this info will be in Ben Marder's board report. 

Bob Karlin gave an update on the new learning CD that will be ready and distributed to everyone by the end of the year. Again, details will be in his board report.

Chorus Manager, Jeffery Bunch, will communicate with the contacts that we have performed in the past. He will let them know that we will going back to live rehearsals, and will be available for performances for them if they request.

It was suggested that since we are going back live, we should review seasonal songs should we get requests for holiday performances. Some of these songs have been put on the "What To Practice" rehearsal schedule for the remainder of September.

For the "Good of the Chapter", everyone was excited to get back to live rehearsals and look forward to seeing everyone in person again and hearing the live chords from the chorus again!
