The Music Team Meeting was called to order on 10/14/21 at 7pm.

The Team discussed how our first live rehearsal went. All felt it went very well, with a few things that we will be dealing with over the next few weeks as far as sound is concerned, hall set up, and mask issues.

We will start having Warm Ups at the beginning of each rehearsal. We will also have time after break to start teaching tags a few times a month. Also, any Chapter Quartets or Pick-Up Quartets who would like to sing a song or two on rehearsal nights, let myself and Mark Singer know.

The Team also discussed looking to the future and deciding when we will allow guests to join us again and when we can start thinking about future show dates. Once those details are finalized they will be taken to the Board for approval. At that point, the Chorus will be informed.

Bob Karlin went over the details of the Learning CD that will be distributed soon. He will have the details in his Communications VP Report to the Board.

Jeffery Bunch, Chorus Manager, will communicate with the contact people of the places we have done sing-outs for in the past to let them know we are back to live rehearsals. He will also let them know that we are performing with singers masks for the time being. The Team didn't feel we would get any immediate responses from these people at this point, but if so, we would have to discuss if the chorus is ready, at this point, to do performances.

As far as "Good of the Chapter" was concerned, everyone was very excited about being back live and look forward to moving ahead and continuing to grow as a Chapter and individual performers.
