The Music Team Mtg. was called to order at 7:10pm. The members present were myself, Jeffery, Bob and Ron.

The first thing we discussed was would we be DARK on July 3rd  since July 4th falls on Tuesday. Everyone agreed that we would not have a rehearsal on 7/3. The website shows this on the Events section. We will announce it at the rehearsal on 6/19.

We then went over the Encino Farmer's Market 6/11 performance. We made sure the program was set with key, tune up and intro to songs. There will be minimal Narration throughout the program. Because of lack of singers, we have cancelled the 6/25 performance for the chorus. There is a possibility, if it's okay'd by ONEgeneration, a quartet may do the 6/25 performance. Ben will let the quartet know.

We discussed the PoleCat Program and decided that since the Chairman of the program will not be at the 6/12 rehearsal, we will cancel the program for that night. 

We then discussed that the presentation of new Rep and Holiday songs will be presented by Chapter quartets or pick-up quartets. The learning CD's have been distributed for both new Rep and new Holiday songs.

Jeffery, Chorus Manager, then let us know the status of Chorus costumes, Shopping Mall info and school info. This info will be in his report to the board.

As far as Good of the Chapter is concerned, everyone felt we just need to keep on doing what we're doing, and that the chorus members should commit to doing whatever they can to help us grow in membership and performances.
