The Music Team meeting was called to order at 7:09pm on Thursday, 7/13/2023. Jack Press & Toni Wilson we absent from the meeting.

We talked about the Encino Farmer's Market performance on Sunday, 7/30. The Marching Orders, with call times and program, will be sent to the members during the week of 7/24 by Chorus Manager, Jeffery Bunch.

We discuss new song schedule that will be presented to the chorus. Tempo Tantrum will present "Goodnight Sweetheart" at the 7/31 rehearsal. The next new song "I'll Be Seeing You" will be presented on 8/28 by a pick up quartet.

We discussed the PoleCat Program and how it was going at rehearsals. There are some things that we are still finding out that we need to fix from week to week. The next song we will run thru will be "Down Our Way". Mark Wolf will be on vacation the last two weeks of August, so we will probably not work the program during those two weeks.

Chorus Manager, Jeffery Bunch let the Team know that he is still waiting to hear from Shopping Mall contacts regarding the possibilities of doing some sing outs at some of the Valley Malls for recruiting performances. He is also working on different companies for some possible new costumes for the chorus. He will have more details in his board report.

The 2023 Holiday Learning CD has been distributed to the chorus and Section Leaders are reminded to review those songs we have done in the past, and work on the three new songs, especially "We Need A Little Christmas". We will start working on "We Need A Little Christmas" soon to see if we can get it performance ready for the 12/2 show. If we can't get it to that point in a reasonable period of time, we will put it aside for the time being.

"Good of the Chapter"......hoping every member will commit to putting in as much time and effort as possible to recruit more singers, performances and get our name out in the Valley so everyone knows who we are and what we do!
