The Music Team meeting was called to order at 7:05pm on 11/9/23. Jack Press, Toni Wilson, Ron Malkin and Mark Wolf were not in attendance. Bob Karlin was present via land line for about 30 minutes.

Most of the meeting was about details of the upcoming show, which will be covered by Bob Karlin in his report to the board. Chorus Manager, Jeffery Bunch, obtained all of the show info so he can send out the Marching Orders to all regarding call times, set up times, etc.

We then discussed the audition of the Rep Song for Jesse. He has decided to do "Goodnight Sweetheart Goodnight". I want to have him do his audition as soon as possible so he will be able to be on stage with us at the 12/2 show. I have discussed this with Bari Section Leader, Mark Wolf.

We discussed the pre-planning of the Spring Fling/Ice Cream Social that will be held on 5/18/24. Details to follow.

Chorus Manager, Jeffery Bunch is in the process of contacting the school contacts we obtained at the Street Fair. He is also contacting the Choir Director at Cleveland High School to see if they would be available to perform on the Spring Fling.

"Good of the Chapter"..........sell tickets for the show and try to show up early on Monday's to help set up the hall.
