At our M.T.M on Thursday the 12th. We talked about changing the day for the M.T.M. we all agreed that it would be the first Wednesday of the month. The reason is so our baritone section leader would be able to make it. He has a conflict of days with his other chorus. Being president of the other chorus, he needs to be at the rehearsal their rehearsal is on Thursday. We disgust call time for the chorus. I've contacted Toni and asked her how much time she needs to set up the tables for the silent auction. She said about an hour. One Generation will open to us at 9 am. We will need to help Mark Wolf with unloading his equipment form his van and help him set up his sound equipment. Request was made that we give Mark's son a stipend for his help with the sound system equipment. For those who will help Mark and his son the call time is 9 am. Call time for the chorus members to help Ben & Toni set up the hall is 11 am. We disgust that quartets who want to sing on the show should contact Mark Singer and David Kilpatrick and let them know the week before our next chorus rehearsal so Mark Singer can make sure that he allows enough time before or after break so the quartets can sing. The quartets will sing in front of the chorus. The quartets will be informed about their performance by the M.V.P. the section leaders and the director. NOT in front of the chorus. It will be on a personal one on one NOT in front of the chorus or any other chorus members. 3 weeks prior to our Fall Show the chorus will be rehearsing on the risers at rehearsal. We also disgust uniforms for the Fall Show. The theme of the show is Retro. What clothing you may have from past chorus and chorus years, from The Reseda Valleyairs, The San Fernando Valleyairs, and The Valley Harmony Singers will be fine. This would be shirts or jackets. Whatever you have from past chorus sing outs, or performances. We disgust asking the board to rent a truck to pull our trailer with the risers in it. Mark Wolf's contact person is unable to do it at this time. Bob informed us that the announcer will be Alma (great choice). Bob also said he would be supplying lunch for the chorus members who have helped set up the hall. After the hall is completed, lunch will be served. Bob informed us that we will have Coffee, Tea, Water, and Cookies for our abundance members.
The Spring Show for 2025 is a Verity Show. The date will be May 24, 2025.
The Fall Show was disgust for next year. The Fall Show title is still to be determined.
The dates we disgust were November 15, and November 22, 2025.
