Discussed Breakout Rooms and how everyone thought they were working. Everyone felt the Breakout Rooms are working and helping members learn their music at a faster pace. Everyone felt we should continue the BreakoutRooms.

I asked the current Section Leaders if they wanted to continue in that role for next year. Lead and Bari will continue and we may have a change in the Bass and Tenor section at a later date.

It was suggested that the Chorus Manager send emails to the contacts of places we have performed in the past just to let them know that we are following the rules of the Pandemic and are rehearsing virtually. We look forward to performing for them again once this is all over and we're all back to normal.

Talked about the Far Western District Zoom session some of us attended on 10/3/20 with various chapters around the district. We found that we were probably doing more virtually during this time than most chapters.

Bob Karlin explained the next step for members on the website, "My Music-Learning Process". The Teaching Quartet has been testing this process for the last few weeks. I'm sure Bob will go over this at the Board Mtg.

Asked attendee for their input for "Good of the Chapter". Everyone felt we were doing the right things to keep the Chapter involved during this time. I mentioned to everyone that if they have any ideas about things or guest speakers we could add to the weekly rehearsals, please let me know. I will also remind the chorus of this next week.
